The Story

SaniDate 15.0 is a combination of hydrogen peroxide (10%) and peracetic acid (15%), that treats and controls spoilage-causing organisms and human pathogens on hard surfaces, in postharvest washwater, and in irrigation systems. It works by oxidizing pathogens and bacteria on contact. It requires no post-treatment rinse and leaves no harmful residues.

For post-harvest fruit and vegetable process and wash waters use 0.8-1.9 fl oz in 25 gal of water. See label for more rates.
